The employees of the Los Angeles Times Olympic Facility walked into a completely remade cafeteria on Monday. As I left Oly on Thursday for a three day weekend, a crew of ten young men had started remodeling the cafeteria, washing down everything and removing the island that once held the cash register.
The staff is adorned in chef jackets and cute little baseball looking caps, I didn't recognize a few of the ladies under their hats. Chef/Manager George is the friendliest of them all, and constantly asking what he can do for us.
The atmosphere in our madeover cafeteria is very inviting, and the selection and layout of the food is great!
